GOVERNMENT-OWNED Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) said taking over operations of Camp John Hay in Baguio City will pave the way for high-impact investments in bigger redevelopment plans.

The BCDA formally regained control of Camp John Hay — which includes The Manor, The Forest Lodge, Camp John Hay Golf Course, CAP Convention Center, Commander's Cottage, open spaces, and other areas — after the Baguio Regional Trial Court Branch 6 on Jan. 5 junked CJH Development Corporation's (CJH DevCo) latest attempt to prevent the full return of the property.
