A MILITANT group in Panay has filed administrative charges against two military officers for alleged red-tagging, harassment and intimidation.
In a statement on Sunday, Jan. 5, the progressive group Bagong Alyansang Makabayan (Bayan) said its secretary-general Elmer Forro, and spokesman for Bayan Aklan, Kim-Sin Tugna, lodged the complaint with the Office of the Ombudsman.
