ALL concerned local government units (LGUs) affected by Mt. Kanlaon's continued restiveness have been assured of sustained augmentation support, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) said on Sunday, Jan. 5.
DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian said in a statement that his agency has been working closely with the affected LGUs to determine the kind and volume of assistance that must be provided to them.
