QUEZON City will continue to implement its "Car-free, Carefree Sundays" along Tomas Morato Avenue to promote physical activity and reduce vehicular emissions, Mayor Joy Belmonte said Monday.
Belmonte said the initiative will be implemented once a month for now from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. After a year, it will be enforced twice a month.
