THE National Human Settlements Board (NHSB) has set a maximum 2.3 percent increase in rental for residential units with a monthly rate of P10,000 or less, down from last year's 4 percent cap.
The maximum increase in monthly rentals for subject residential units is effective from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2025, based on NHSB Resolution No. 2024-001.
