MANILA, Philippines— Four weather systems, including the northeast monsoon or amihan, will bring scattered or isolated rain showers in most parts of the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Monday.

Weather specialist Robert Badrina said the convergence of hot and cold air called shear line has been affecting Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Marinduque, Oriental Mindoro, Quezon, and Aurora where overcast skies would be likely.
