BENGUET — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has signed into law Republic Act (RA) 12099, declaring every 23rd day of November as Benguet Day.
Rep. Eric Go Yap, who authored the bill, thanked Malacañang, including the Congress and the Senate, for recognizing efforts to establish Nov. 23 of every year as a special non-working holiday in the province in commemoration of its foundation day.
