CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — The crime rate in Region 3 decreased by 4.31 percent in the past year compared to 2023, the Police Regional Office in Central Luzon (PRO-3) reported on Friday.
PRO-3 director BGen. Redrico Maranan said a total of 37,514 crime incidents were recorded from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2024.
