(UPDATE) A FIRE of still undetermined origin hit a commercial building near the Manila Cathedral along Gen. Luna Street, Intramuros, Manila, on Saturday.
The City of Manila's Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (DRRMO) said the fire began at about 8:05 a.m. at first alarm and raised to second alarm a minute later.
