LA TRINIDAD, Benguet — Noting that the shooting incidents in Abra has doubled in 2024 compared to 2023, newly in-stalled Abra police director Col. Gilbert Fati-ig vowed tighter security measures in 2025.
The number of recorded shooting incidents from January to December 2024 in the province reached 40, most oc-curring at the province's capital town of Bangued with 13 incidents.
