THE NBA trade season has begun and until the trade deadline on Feb. 6, trade rumors will continue to spread like a bushfire. Every sign that a player gets upset, there will be an overreaction in the form of trade rumors. Trade machine apps are now accessible to basketball fanatics and anyone can suggest or stimulate a trade.
One of the superstars on the hot seat is Jimmy Butler of the Miami Heat. The root of the rumors was Butler declaring two things: He will not sign an extension with the Heat and would rather be a free agent at the end of the season. He said he prefers to be traded to another team, hopefully a possible title contender.
