A GROUNDBREAKING ceremony was held on Dec. 27, 2024, to formally begin the construction of a multilevel parking building that will bring accessibility in the Iloilo City government complex.
The building will rise in the 2,000-square-meter lot on De la Rama Street, the site of Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) former building adjacent to the city hall.
