CEBU CITY — Despite slashing key allocations for education, climate change initiatives and economic recovery, Cebu City Mayor Raymond Alvin Garcia remains unfazed by the P14.6-billion budget approved by the city council for 2025.

Although the budget fell short of his proposed P17.9 billion, Garcia expressed gratitude for the approval and hinted at exploring ways to secure additional funds if needed.
