THE arrest of two high-profile personalities and the lower crime rate were the highlights of the accomplishments of the Philippine National Police (PNP) in 2024.

After months on the run and a tense standoff that lasted days, Kingdom of Jesus Christ founder Apollo Quiboloy was arrested by the PNP on Sept. 8 inside the sprawling KOJC property.
