HYUNDAI Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH) has partnered with the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI) to kick off "Dream Green," a mangrove-planting project aiming at growing 5,000 mangroves in Barangay Lumaniag, Lian, Batangas by the end of 2024. The initiative aligns with Hyundai's global vision, "Progress for Humanity," that encourages the brand to push for positive change both through its vehicles and community-focused programs.

On Nov. 29, HMPH employees joined forces with RAFI and the Samahan ng mga Mandaragat sa Sulok (Samlok) to plant the first batch of mangrove saplings. Dubbed a local chapter of Hyundai Motor Company's worldwide tree-planting campaign under the "IONIQ Forest" banner, the project is named after Hyundai's IONIQ brand, which symbolizes the automaker's commitment to a cleaner, more sustainable lifestyle and a better world.
