ARCHITECTURE and media both play a critical role in shaping society. While architecture transforms the physical environment to meet human needs and aspirations, media bridges the gap between professionals and the public by informing, inspiring and educating.
In celebration of the Philippine Architecture Festival–National Architecture Month (PAF-NAM) with the theme "Sinag ng Bahaghari: Fostering Nation-Building, Hope, and Inclusivity Through Architecture," the United Architects of the Philippines–Makati CBD Chapter and The Manila Times have come together to forge a partnership. This collaboration seeks to highlight the importance of architecture in nation-building while leveraging the power of media to reach a wider audience and inspire meaningful conversations.
