THE Philippines emerged as the most recognized market in the 19th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final held on Dec. 13 at The Athenee Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. A dozen Philippine property developers, which are prominent brands in the country, received recognition at the gathering, which drew more than 130 leading developers from all over Asia.
The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards yearly honors "the finest places to live, work, and thrive" in the region, citing its outstanding real estate companies and developers. Grand Final Chairperson Thien Duong said that the recognition emphasizes that "excellence in property development is incessantly redefined across" the area. He added that this year's winners gained recognition "with their sustainable, functional master plans and designs, spanning everything from expansive townships to livable homes and dynamic commercial spaces."
