BACOLOD CITY — Bacolod City Mayor Alfredo Abelardo Benitez gave explicit instruction to the Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) to conduct a thorough investigation into the death of 5-year-old Queenie Aguirre, whose remains were found in a river in Barangay Handumanan on Saturday.
In a statement, Benitez said that the Bacolod City government has "taken immediate action."
