MORE than 20,000 job opportunities will be offered to the people of Bulacan, particularly in the sixth district, when the Racal Industrial City is completed in San Rafael town, Bulacan.
This was announced by Jad Racal, owner of Racal Industrial City, in his message during the groundbreaking ceremony on Friday for the Philippine High Speed New Materials Company Inc., one of investors at the industrial hub.
