THE Cebu City Council approved the city's budget for 2025 on Friday but slashed nearly P3.3 billion from Mayor Raymond Alvin Garcia's initial proposal of P17.9 billion.
The approved budget stands at P14.6 billion after a reduction of approximately 18.4 percent.
