Oil companies are poised to lower pump prices this week.Shell, PetroGazz, and CleanFuel will cut the prices of diesel and gasoline by 30 centavos per liter.Shell said the cost of kerosene will go down by P0.90 centavos per liter.The price adjustments will take effect on Tuesday, Dec. 31.Last week, oil companies raised the prices of gasoline, diesel, and kerosene by P0.50, P1.45, and P0.75 per liter, respectively.
