CARCAR CITY, Cebu — Four minors, ages 9, 11, 12 and 15, were accused of sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl in a secluded river area in Toledo City, western Cebu.
The horrific act, which happened last Dec. 20, was uncovered when the victim's younger brother confided in their mother.
