CHRISTMAS comes alive in simple acts of kindness, generosity and bayanihan (community unity). In celebration of the season, BDO Foundation distributed gift packs to 50,000 families nationwide in line with its annual "Handog Sa 'Yo ng BDO Foundation Christmas gift-giving" initiative.
In partnership with nongovernmental organizations — Ako ang Saklay, Ako Bakwit, Caritas Philippines and Tanging Yaman Foundation — the corporate social responsibility arm of BDO Unibank mobilized BDO employee volunteers for the distribution, which was conducted in 90 different parishes and dioceses.
