THE Office of Civil Defense (OCD) reported on Friday, Dec. 27, that widespread flooding due to the combined effects of the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ), the shear line, and low pressure areas (LPAs) has been monitored across several regions.
According to the OCD, Quezon province remains heavily affected, with ten areas still submerged. The floods have displaced 88 families, comprising 367 individuals, across seven barangay (villages).
