CEBU CITY — A 25-year-old construction worker was placed behind bars after he was tagged of allegedly assaulting a 21-year-old college student in Barangay Inayawan, Cebu City, on Christmas morning.
Kerwin Tado Salas, a neighbor of the victim, was arrested after the victim filed a complaint at the police station.
