THE National Irrigation Administration (NIA) received an "Above Average" rating in the 2023 Corpo-rate Governance Scorecard (CGS) from the Governance Commission for Government-Owned and -Controlled Corporations.

This marks the first time the agency achieved that high a rating since 2017.
