BAGUIO CITY — The Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) confiscated prohibited firecrackers and improvised noisemakers such as "boga" in separate operations in several barangay here on Dec. 22 and Dec. 23, this year.
Acting on a report on children exploding firecrackers or small explosive device at East Modernsite barangay, the police caught minors in the act and confiscated two pieces of improvised boga.
