THE Sikaran-Karate Association of the Philippines (Sikap) held its board meeting and Christmas party at Manila Hotel on Dec. 21, 2024.
Introduced to the board was Sikap new adviser, Oscar Herrera Jr., associate justice (Ret) of Sandiganbayan, and awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by Manny Inserto, Sikap national president and training instructor.
