BAGUIO CITY — An environmental project of the city government gained national attention after winning the prestigious Subaybayani Award, a national recognition given to local government units that excel in infrastructure governance or the development and management of projects.
The Tree Research Hub and Tree Nursery or Greenhouse project of the City Environment and Parks Management Office (Cepmo) was recognized as one of the 10 outstanding national projects under the Local Government Support Fund (LGSF) diligently monitored by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).
