DOST YES Awards hails STEM Olympians

THE Department of Science and Technology (DOST) recognized the remarkable achievements of 92 students from 30 participating schools in international science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) competitions at the Youth Excellence in Science (YES) Awards held in Cagayan de Oro City on Nov. 29 to Dec. 1, 2024.

Initiated by DOST-Science Education Institute (SEI), the YES Awards aims to inspire the youth to pursue excellence in STEM and develop a deeper appreciation for science.
