THE Department of Budget and Management (DBM), under the able and dynamic leadership of Secretary Amenah Pangandaman, was hailed as the Champion of Information Integrity at the first 'Parangal: Gawad ng Kahusayan sa Komunikasyong Publiko,' organized by the Presidential Communications Office (PCO).
