MANILA, Philippines — Scottie Thompson buried the game-winning three-point from the corner to lift Barangay Ginebra to a thrilling 95-92 win in its Christmas Day showdown against Magnolia before a full house crowd at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
Down by as many as 22 points, the Gin Kings battled back with all their might, summoning their strength behind the massive support of the pro-Ginebra crowd.
