THE Election Management System (EMS) went through a process called trusted build on Dec. 23, 2024. The process was executed by Pro V&V, the US-based international certification entity that won the bid for the service. Pro V&V is a voting system test laboratory accredited by the US Election Assistance Commission (US EAC) (see https://www.eac.gov/). The process was executed live in the Pro V&V offices in the US and streamed to Philippine observers.

The EMS is a component of the Full Automation System with Transparency and Audit/Count (FASTrAC). Along with the EMS are the automated counting machine and canvassing and consolidation system supplied by the joint venture of South Korean firm Miru System and Filipino companies Integrated Computer Systems Inc. (ICS) and Center Point Solutions and Technologies Inc. (CPSTI). The other two FASTrAC components are the secure electronic transmission system (SETS) supplied by the joint venture of iOne Resources, Inc. and Ardent Networks Inc. and the online voting and counting systems (OVCS), which will be used by overseas Filipinos, supplied by the joint venture of SMS Global Technologies Inc. and Sequent Tech Inc.
