THE Associated Marine Officers' and Seamen's Union of the Philippines (Amosup) donated a free-fall lifeboat with a davit to the National Maritime Polytechnic (NMP) to elevate the latter's training capabilities.
The 20-man capacity lifeboat was Bureau Veritas (BV) Class approved and was turned over on Dec. 10 at the NMP Tacloban Wharf.
