THE Caloocan City Regional Trial Court on Monday granted the appeal of Pandi Mayor Enrico Roque for a motion to quash the warrant of arrest in connection with the rape case filed against him, his councilor and a municipal employee.
Among the accused are councilor Jonjon Roxas, 48, and municipal employee Roel Raymundo, 54, all residents of Pandi, Bulacan.
