TRANSPORTATION Secretary Jaime Bautista highlighted on Monday "incremental and tangible" improvements at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) that are being implemented by its new concessionaire, the New NAIA Infrastructure Corp. (NNIC).
Bautista said that in just 90 days, the NNIC was able to roll out key changes, including a major solution to traffic congestion at the airport's arrival area.
