A $3.3-BILLION deal involving the acquisition of power facilities and a liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal by Meralco PowerGen Corp. (MGen), Aboitiz Power Corp.'s (AboitizPower) Therma Natgas Power Inc. (Therma), and San Miguel Global Power Holdings Corp.
