PHILIPPINE Normal University (PNU) inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Vietnam's University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH) held at the Rex Hotel Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on Dec. 13, 2024.
According to PNU President Bert Tuga, the accord signing was part of a series of activities conducted by the Association of Southeast Asian Teacher Education Network (AsTEN) in Vietnam.
