AS part of its commitment to improving access to skills development, the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda) has intensified efforts to bring Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) to disadvantaged areas in Region 3 (Central Luzon).

In a statement, Tesda Assistant Regional Director Eric Ueda cited the agency's initiatives to provide flexible training opportunities for communities in geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas through its provincial offices.
