CITY OF MALOLOS — Bulacan Gov. Daniel Fernando appealed to President Marcos Jr. to review Memorandum Order 31, series of 2018, to help people who rely on the industry of firecrackers and pyrotechnic devices manufacturing.
"We are appealing to our beloved president that, through him and his administration, the review of Memorandum 31 would be finished so that we can help our people to continue with their livelihood, as I believe our micro and medium enterprises would bolster the quality of our economy," said Fernando.
