BACOLOD CITY — The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) in Negros Occidental distributed land titles and Certificates of Condonation with Release of Mortgage (CoCRoM) to 3,500 agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) at the Cadiz City Arena on Thursday, Dec. 19.
Data from the agency showed that the 6,125 farmer-beneficiaries in Negros Occidental received a total of 9,707 CoCRoMs, covering 6,143 hectares of agricultural land.
