THOUSANDS of assorted ammunition and high-powered firearms were unearthed during a simultaneous raid by combined military troops and police operatives at a suspected lair of the New People's Army in Camarines Norte and Quezon province on Friday, Dec. 20.
Lt. Col. Jeffrey Molina, Public Affairs Chief of the Philippine Army's 2nd Infantry Division (2ID), said the arms cache was recovered in two separate areas in General Nakar, Quezon, and Labo, Camarines Norte.
