ILOILO CITY — Local authorities here are concerned after two separate stabbing incidents involving minors occurred during the traditional Simbang Gabi (Dawn Mass).
The Iloilo City Police Office (ICPO) reported that the incidents took place on consecutive nights during curfew hours — one in La Paz district on Dec. 17 and another in Molo district on Dec. 18.
