BACOLOD CITY — The Office of the Civil Defense (OCD) is asking an additional P500 million as quick response fund for local government units in Negros Island affected by the eruption of Kanlaon Volcano, Raul Fernandez, head of Task Force Kanlaon and OCD regional director, said on Friday, Dec. 20.
Fernandez said that the funding will cover 21 days.
