CEBU CITY — The Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD) has completed its expansion projects in Barangay Lusaran and Pulangbato in this city, ending the residents' decades of waiting for access to clean, potable and affordable water.
The new water system, sourced from the Lusaran River, will be managed by MCWD's bulk water supplier, JE Hydro and Bio-Energy Corporation.
