THE diehard Duterte supporters (DDS) are committed to take the heat off Vice President Sara Duterte as she faces two impeachment complaints, further made tenuous with the disclosure coming from the House Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability, citing reports from the Philippine Statistics Authority that 405 names out of the 677 recipients of confidential funds disbursed by the Department of Education (DepEd), and 1,322 out of the 1,992 recipients of funds disbursed by the Office of the Vice President (OVP), have no birth or death records, and are therefore possibly nonexistent.

In doing so, the DDS resort to citing legal fiction.
