THE Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and the Department of Education (DepEd) signed an agreement for the continuous implementation of the Tara, Basa (Let's Read) Tutoring Program in Pasig City on Friday.

Social Welfare Secretary Rexlon Gatchalian and Education Secretary Sonny Angara were the signatories of the pact that would ensure Tara, Basa would be implemented until 2028.
