DSWD chief calls for donations, volunteers for soup kitchens

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) said on Saturday that the agency would accept food donations from restaurants and fast food establishments as it encouraged individuals who would want to render volunteer service at the newly-opened 'Walang Gutom Kitchen' (WGK).
