THE Philippine National Police (PNP) strongly urged the public to refrain from buying and selling fireworks online.
PNP chief Gen. Rommel Francisco Marbil said during the inspection of fireworks stalls by the PNP and the Pyrotechnics Regulatory Board in Bocaue, Bulacan, that online selling of firecrackers is prohibited.
