CEBU CITY — After more than a decade of negotiations, Cebu City and the Department of Health – Central Visayas (DOH-7) have officially formalized their land-swap deal.
On Monday, Dec. 16, Mayor Raymond Alvin Garcia and DOH-7 Director Jaime Bernadas signed the deed of donation which transfers Cauit Island to the city government in exchange for a two-hectare lot at the South Road Properties (SRP).
